Verified installCase study: a Boranada furniture exporter clears sanding dust and cools its packing shed
Before — the problem
A wooden furniture exporter in Boranada RIICO came to us with two problems in one building. Their 22,000 sq.ft shed ran sanding and finishing lines that filled the air with fine wood dust, and the same shed doubled as a packing and dispatch hall where, by mid-morning in May, the temperature under the tin roof made it hard for workers to keep pace with export deadlines.
What Aruth installed
We sent our team in for a free on-site survey, measured a roof height of about 8 m, and mapped where the sanding dust was collecting over the finishing benches. Our recommendation was a combination: six industrial wall exhaust fans, sized around 40,000 CFM total, on the sanding-bay wall to physically pull the wood dust out before it spread, plus two 7.3 m HVLS fans over the open packing hall to wash the whole floor with a steady breeze, and two industrial evaporative coolers at the manual finishing stations where workers stand all day.
The result
After installation the dust haze over the finishing benches cleared, the packing floor ran noticeably cooler, and because the HVLS fans use IE5 gearless PMSM motors the unit replaced roughly 16 pedestal fans at far lower running cost.
