HVLS Fans and Exhaust Fans in Bhiwadi for Auto, Steel, Ceramic and Pharma Plants
We are Aruth Ventilation Systems, and we supply and install HVLS fans and exhaust fans in Bhiwadi across the RIICO, Chopanki and Khushkhera estates, from auto and steel plants to ceramic, FMCG and pharma units. Bhiwadi sits on the DMIC corridor in the dry interior of Rajasthan, where summers cross 45 to 48C, so the same plant often needs three things at once: gentle HVLS air movement over large fabrication and warehouse sheds, FRP and high-CFM exhaust to clear paint fumes, weld smoke and foundry heat, and evaporative coolers that work well in this dry heat. We make all of it, our HVLS fans run gearless IE5 PMSM motors that cut fan power by up to 30%, every fan carries a 2-year warranty, and we bring it to your floor with a free on-site survey. We are based in Ahmedabad and our own engineers travel in across Rajasthan. Call +91 88665 44445.
Walk a press shop or paint line in Bhiwadi RIICO on a May afternoon and the heat comes at you in layers: 45 to 48C outside in the interior Rajasthan dry season, then the furnaces, presses and curing ovens radiating their own heat on top of it. Two sheds over, in a large fabrication or warehouse bay, the problem is different. The air just sits there, hot near the roof, stale at the floor, and workers slow down through the second half of the shift. Same plant, two completely different ventilation jobs.
We have spent years on factory floors solving exactly this, and the mistake we see most across the Bhiwadi belt is one solution forced everywhere. Somebody hangs a row of wall fans in a tall fabrication shed and wonders why the centre is still warm, or runs an ordinary steel exhaust fan over a paint shop or foundry that needed far more extraction and a corrosion-proof build. Bhiwadi plants are heat-heavy and fume-heavy, with furnaces, presses, paint shops and kilns, so they reward getting the mix right.
This page lays out the right combination for a Bhiwadi unit, area by area: HVLS fans for whole-floor air movement and worker comfort over fabrication, assembly and warehouse sheds; FRP and high-CFM exhaust for paint and solvent fumes, weld smoke, foundry heat and ceramic dust; and industrial and portable air coolers for spot relief at hot stations, which work especially well in Bhiwadi's dry heat. We manufacture every one of these and install across Bhiwadi RIICO Phases I to VI, Chopanki and Khushkhera.
Aruth Ventilation has completed 230-plus installations across India, including across Rajasthan. We are honest about how we serve Bhiwadi. We are an Ahmedabad manufacturer, so we are not a same-city workshop here. Instead our own engineers travel in for a free on-site survey, and we handle supply, install and after-sales ourselves rather than handing you to a local dealer. For a layout and a number that fit your shed, the free survey is the fastest first step.

Bhiwadi RIICO Industrial Area (Phases I to VI)
RIICO industrial area: automobile, steel, ceramics, FMCG, pharmaBhiwadi's core RIICO estate, spread across six phases and packed with auto plants, steel and metal units, ceramic and tile makers, FMCG and pharma. The furnaces, presses, paint shops and kilns here throw off intense heat plus weld smoke, solvent vapour and ceramic dust, so most units run 6.1 m or 7.3 m HVLS fans over the open floor together with FRP and high-CFM exhaust to pull the fumes and furnace heat out.
Why Bhiwadi's auto, steel and ceramic plants need a proper ventilation mix
Bhiwadi is a heavy industrial node on the DMIC corridor, and that mix of processes is exactly what makes ventilation here a real engineering job rather than a few fans on a wall. The RIICO, Chopanki and Khushkhera estates run auto plants, steel and metal units, ceramic and tile kilns, electronics, FMCG, pharma and textiles, and almost every one of those areas throws off a different combination of heat, fume and dust.
The heat is layered. Interior Rajasthan summers cross 45 to 48C, and on top of that ambient load you have process heat from furnaces, presses, curing ovens, foundries and ceramic kilns. In a tall steel-roof shed that heat rises and stratifies, a hot stale layer trapped near the roof while the floor stays poorly mixed. Add paint-shop solvent vapour, weld smoke, foundry heat and ceramic dust, and you have air that is hot, layered and unhealthy to breathe all at once.
So a Bhiwadi plant usually needs all three of our product families, matched to the area: HVLS to push the trapped hot roof layer down and gently move air across the big open sheds, exhaust to extract fumes and heat at the source, and coolers for targeted relief at hot stations. Get the match right and you cool the floor, clear the fumes, lift productivity through the back half of the shift, and stop wasting power on dozens of small fans that barely move the air.
HVLS fans for fabrication, assembly and warehouse sheds
For Bhiwadi's large fabrication bays, assembly lines and warehouse sheds, HVLS (High-Volume, Low-Speed) fans are the right tool because they move enormous volumes of air at a gentle, low-velocity breeze and mix the trapped hot layer near the roof back down, circulating the entire floor evenly. A single large HVLS fan creates a slow column of air that spreads across the floor, instead of the narrow blast you get from pedestal or wall fans that only helps the few people standing right in front.
That gentle, even airflow is what lifts productivity through a Bhiwadi summer. Workers in a well-circulated shed that feels 3 to 5C cooler at skin level stay sharper than those wilting under a stale roof layer, and in a warehouse the same air movement keeps stored goods and the picking crew comfortable. There is no hard draught to disturb light parts, paperwork or assembly work.
One 7.3 m fan covers up to about 20,000 sq.ft of open floor and runs on a gearless IE5 PMSM motor, so a big RIICO or Khushkhera fabrication or warehouse shed often needs only a handful of fans where it would otherwise run 15 to 20 pedestal fans. Fewer fans, far less power, up to 30% lower fan-related bills, and a clear floor.
FRP and high-CFM exhaust for paint shops, foundries and process areas
For Bhiwadi's paint shops, foundries, steel furnaces and corrosive process areas, you need correctly sized exhaust, and in fume and humidity-heavy areas FRP (fibre-reinforced plastic) corrosion-proof exhaust rather than ordinary steel. Paint shops give off solvent vapour that is both a health and a safety concern, foundries and furnaces radiate intense heat that exhaust has to evacuate fast, and ceramic and steel units load the air with dust.
Exhaust does two jobs at once on a process floor. First, it pulls out hot air and process heat from paint ovens, foundries and furnaces so the area stays workable. Second, it clears the fume and vapour so workers are not breathing solvent or weld smoke all shift. Sizing matters: we calculate the air-change rate your process needs and position wall and roof exhaust to sweep air across the floor and extract near the source. For paint shops, pharma units and any acid or washdown-humidity area, FRP construction means the fans do not corrode and fail in 18 months the way mild steel does.
Our industrial and FRP exhaust fans go up to about 44,000 CFM per unit, so even a large paint shop, foundry or furnace bay can be covered with a manageable bank of fans. We design inlet and outlet positions so fresh air enters where people are and the hot, fume-laden air is pulled out near where it is generated.
Industrial and portable coolers for spot relief in Bhiwadi's dry heat
For specific hot spots near furnaces, foundries, curing ovens, packing and loading bays, industrial and portable air coolers and man-cooler fans give targeted evaporative relief where overhead airflow alone is not enough. These are the finishing touch, not the whole solution: you move air across the big shed with HVLS and clear the process area with exhaust, then drop coolers in where individual people work in radiant heat.
Bhiwadi's dry interior heat is exactly the condition where evaporative coolers shine, because dry air takes up moisture readily and the felt temperature drops sharply right at the workstation. That makes coolers a genuinely effective, low-cost option here in a way they are not in coastal humid belts. We are still careful where we place them: in an already-humid washdown or process hall, adding moisture is the wrong move, so there we lean on exhaust and HVLS and keep coolers to the drier dispatch, loading and open machine areas.
Because they are portable, coolers and man-cooler fans also cover seasonal and shift-by-shift needs. Roll them to wherever the crew is working hardest that week, whether that is a foundry bay in peak summer or a packing line during a heavy dispatch run.
Why Aruth, and how our free survey and India-wide install work
We are a manufacturer, not a reseller, which is the main reason Bhiwadi plants choose us. We build our HVLS fans, industrial and FRP exhaust fans and coolers at our workshop at GF-001 Mauryansh Elanza, Shyamal Cross Rd, Satellite, Ahmedabad 380015, so our own engineers handle the survey, the install and the after-sales, and spares come from us rather than a third party. With 230-plus installations across India and a 2-year warranty on every fan, you are dealing with the people who actually made the product.
We are honest about how we serve Bhiwadi. We are based in Ahmedabad, so this is not a same-city workshop and we are not going to pretend a RIICO unit gets a fan in an hour. What we do offer is a free on-site survey anywhere in the Bhiwadi belt: our team travels in across Rajasthan, measures your sheds, checks your heat, fume and dust load, and gives you a layout and a quote that fit your floor. We then supply, install and service the job ourselves.
Because we manufacture in-house, lead times stay short even at distance, and corrosion-proof FRP impellers and custom exhaust banks are made to your spec rather than pulled off a generic shelf. Whether you run an auto plant in RIICO, an electronics unit in Chopanki or a pharma plant in Khushkhera, the free survey is the fastest way to a number you can trust.
From the field
Verified installCase study: a Bhiwadi RIICO auto plant cools its assembly floor and clears its paint shop
Before — the problem
An auto and component manufacturer in Bhiwadi RIICO came to us with two problems under one roof. Their main assembly and fabrication shed, around 28,000 sq.ft under a tall steel roof, ran hot and stuffy through the afternoon shift in the 46C interior summer: a stale layer of air sat near the roof, the floor stayed poorly mixed, and a long row of pedestal fans on the line did almost nothing for the workers in the centre. Their paint shop had a different complaint, solvent vapour and heat hanging in the work area.
What Aruth installed
We ran a free on-site survey. Our engineers travelled in from Ahmedabad and measured both areas, with a roof height of about 9 m over the assembly shed. Over that floor we installed three 7.3 m HVLS fans, positioned so their air columns overlapped and pushed the trapped hot roof layer back down, giving even, gentle circulation across the line. We pulled out roughly 18 pedestal fans entirely, which cleared the floor and cut fan-running power sharply, since the three PMSM HVLS units together draw a fraction of what the old fan bank did.
In the paint shop we installed a bank of FRP corrosion-proof wall exhaust fans, sized at around 40,000 CFM total and positioned to pull solvent vapour and heat out near the source instead of letting it hang in the work area. The fumes cleared, the bay temperature came down, and workers stopped breathing solvent through the shift. We added two portable evaporative coolers at the dry dispatch area for spot relief during peak summer.
The result
The plant manager's two headline wins: an assembly floor that stays comfortable right through the afternoon shift, with the line holding its pace, and a paint shop where the air is finally clean to breathe. With the IE5 PMSM HVLS fans cutting fan power by up to 30% versus the old setup, the owner is looking at payback inside roughly two years on fan power alone, and everything is backed by our 2-year warranty.
