A helicopter fan is the same thing as an HVLS fan. HVLS stands for High Volume, Low Speed. People call it a helicopter fan because of the long blades that look like helicopter rotors. It is one big ceiling fan that slowly moves a large amount of air across your factory, warehouse, shed or godown.
One big fan does the work of about a dozen small ceiling fans, so there is far less wiring and maintenance.
