HVLS Fans for Textile Mills in Bhilwara, Rajasthan
We supply and install HVLS fans for textile mills in Bhilwara, along with FRP corrosion-proof exhaust fans and industrial air coolers, for the city's spinning, weaving, yarn and fabric-processing units. Aruth Ventilation Systems is an Ahmedabad-based manufacturer, and we serve Bhilwara and the rest of Rajasthan with our own engineers who travel in for a free on-site survey, not a same-city workshop pretending otherwise. With 230+ installations across India, gearless IE5 PMSM HVLS fans that cut up to 30% off conventional fan power bills, FRP exhaust up to about 44,000 CFM, and a 2-year warranty, every Bhilwara job starts with that free survey. Bhilwara is the textile city of Rajasthan, and anyone who has stood inside one of its mills in May knows exactly why ventilation matters here. This is India's largest suiting-fabric and yarn hub, with hundreds of spinning, weaving and processing units running round the clock. The mills along the RIICO estates and the Bhilwara-Chittorgarh road turn out polyester-viscose suiting, blended yarn and dyed fabric in volumes that few other Indian towns match, and every one of those processes throws heat, dust or fumes into the shed.
The ventilation problem in Bhilwara is really three problems stacked on top of each other. Spinning mills generate fine cotton and fibre dust that hangs in the air and clogs everything, and they need steady, even airflow plus humidity control to keep yarn quality stable. Weaving halls full of looms run hot from the machinery and the bodies working them. Fabric processing and dyeing sections give off acid mist, steam and chemical fumes that rust ordinary steel fans within a year. On top of all of it sits Rajasthan's heat, where the interior crosses 45 to 48 C through the summer and the roof radiates that load straight onto the floor.
We cover the full ventilation stack so a Bhilwara mill deals with one team for the whole site. HVLS fans from 2.4 m up to 7.3 m destratify the shed and move large volumes of air gently across spinning and weaving floors. Industrial and FRP corrosion-proof exhaust fans up to about 44,000 CFM pull dust, steam and dyeing fumes out. And because Rajasthan's heat is dry, industrial and portable evaporative air coolers work genuinely well here, dropping shop-floor temperature without the running cost of refrigerated cooling.
We will be straight about how we serve you. Aruth is based in Ahmedabad, at GF-001 Mauryansh Elanza, Shyamal Cross Rd, Satellite, and Bhilwara is roughly 350 km away, so this is not a same-city branch. What we do run is a team that travels into Rajasthan, a free on-site survey before you commit a single rupee, and full supply, installation and after-sales handled by our own people rather than handed to a local sub-dealer. Bhilwara is well within our regular service area.

Bhilwara RIICO Industrial Area, Mandpam
RIICO industrial area / textile clusterMandpam is the heart of Bhilwara's organised textile cluster, packed with spinning, weaving and fabric-processing mills in large sheds. The spinning units fight fibre dust and humidity drift while the processing and dyeing sections give off acid mist and steam, so most mills here need HVLS destratification fans over the floor combined with FRP corrosion-proof exhaust on the wet sections.
Which product solves which Bhilwara problem
The right fix in Bhilwara depends on whether your problem is trapped heat, fibre dust, or wet-process fumes, and most mills here need a combination because a spinning hall and a dyeing section do not get the same answer.
For the big spinning and weaving floors, the issue is stagnant heat under a hot roof and tired workers, and HVLS fans are the answer: one 7.3 m fan covers up to about 20,000 sq.ft and creates a steady 1 to 2 m/s breeze that feels 3 to 5 C cooler while destratifying the shed, replacing 15 to 20 pedestal fans that just stir dust at head height. Where the problem is fibre dust in spinning, or steam, acid mist and chemical fumes in processing and dyeing, exhaust fans physically remove the bad air, and we use FRP corrosion-proof bodies on the wet sections because galvanised steel rusts through within a year in that atmosphere. And because Bhilwara's heat is dry rather than coastal-humid, evaporative air coolers are genuinely effective for spot cooling at workstations, doff areas and inspection tables without the cost of full air conditioning.
Why Bhilwara mills choose Aruth
Bhilwara mills choose us because we are a manufacturer who understands textile sheds, and we build everything ourselves at our own workshop in Satellite, Ahmedabad, which means factory pricing, custom sizes fabricated in-house, and honest sizing rather than a template quote. We make HVLS fans, industrial and FRP exhaust fans and air coolers under one roof, so a mill that needs all three for spinning, dyeing and the workstations deals with a single team for the whole site.
We also know what a textile floor actually needs. We understand that a spinning hall wants steady, even, low-turbulence air that does not lift fibre dust into the yarn, that a dyeing section needs FRP exhaust because of what the air carries, and that a Bhilwara roof radiates 45-plus C heat onto the floor for months. That is why our recommendations are measured to your shed, and why every fan carries a 2-year warranty.
How we serve Bhilwara: free survey, full install, honest about being Ahmedabad-based
We will be straight with you: Aruth is a manufacturer based in Ahmedabad, not a same-city Bhilwara workshop, and Bhilwara sits about 350 km from us across the Gujarat-Rajasthan border. We serve Bhilwara the way we serve the rest of Rajasthan, with our own engineers who travel in, a free on-site survey before any quote, and full installation, supply, mounting, wiring and after-sales handled by our own people.
On the survey we measure floor area, roof height, machine and process heat load, the dust and fume situation in each section, and the openings you already have, then recommend the right mix of HVLS fans, FRP exhaust and evaporative coolers with honest sizing. We supply and install all over India, including right across Rajasthan, and Bhilwara is part of our regular service area, so we plan the visit, give you firm dates, and there is no out-of-state surprise on timing. From the field
Verified installCase study: a Bhilwara RIICO suiting mill cools its weaving floor and clears its dyeing fumes
Before — the problem
A suiting-fabric mill in the Bhilwara RIICO area came to us with the classic Bhilwara problem: a 26,000 sq.ft weaving shed where the roof radiated 46 C summer heat onto the looms, and an attached processing section where acid mist and steam from dyeing had already rusted through two sets of galvanised steel exhaust fans in under two years. Rows of pedestal fans on the weaving floor just pushed hot, fibre-laden air around at head height.
What Aruth installed
Our engineers travelled in from Ahmedabad for a free on-site survey, measured a roof height of about 8.5 m, and mapped the heat load on the looms and the fume sources in the dyeing section. We recommended a combination: three 7.3 m HVLS fans over the open weaving floor to destratify the hot truss layer and create a steady whole-floor breeze, four FRP corrosion-proof wall exhaust fans (around 40,000 CFM total) on the dyeing section to pull acid mist and steam out, and a set of portable evaporative coolers for the inspection and doffing stations.
The result
After installation the weaving floor ran noticeably cooler, the fibre haze cleared, and the FRP exhaust stopped the yearly fan-replacement cycle dead because FRP does not corrode. Because the HVLS fans use IE5 gearless PMSM motors, the mill replaced roughly 18 pedestal fans with far lower running cost and fan-related power dropped sharply. Every fan carries our 2-year warranty, and we handled survey, fabrication and installation as one team with firm dates, so the Bhilwara job moved without out-of-state delay.
