HVLS and Exhaust Fans in the Hosakote Industrial Area

Hosakote has become one of the busiest manufacturing belts on Bengaluru's eastern edge, and its sheds run big. The auto, auto-component and engineering plants in Hoskote KIADB Industrial Area work large assembly bays and machining floors, while the warehousing and logistics operators run enormous dispatch and storage sheds along the National Highway. These are huge air volumes, often under high roofs of 8 to 10 m, and hot air collects up at the truss while people sweat at floor level. We have walked floors exactly like these, and the fix is rarely one product. It is the right product for that exact heat, fume or dust load.

The mix of work in Hosakote is what makes the ventilation interesting. Hosakote sits on the Bengaluru plateau, which is mild and pleasant for most of the year, so the real enemy here is not extreme outdoor heat.
