HVLS, Exhaust & Cooling, across Ahmednagar, Maharashtra
HVLS Fans & Industrial Exhaust in Ahmednagar for Auto, Tractor & Defence Plants
We are Aruth Ventilation Systems, and we supply and install HVLS fans, industrial exhaust and FRP corrosion-proof exhaust for Ahmednagar's auto, defence and engineering plants. Ahmednagar is a heavy assembly, fabrication and foundry town, so a 7.3 m gearless IE5 PMSM HVLS fan that covers up to about 20,000 sq.ft on under 1.7 kW, paired with exhaust that pulls weld fumes and foundry heat straight out, is exactly the mix these plants need. We are based in Ahmedabad but install all over India including across Maharashtra, with a free on-site survey and a 2-year warranty. To book a survey, call +91 88665 44445.
Ahmednagar is a making town, not a storing town, and that changes the ventilation problem completely. This is a city of vehicle and tractor lines, a defence vehicle factory, and the auto-component and engineering units that feed them. On those floors the heat is not just the weather, it comes from the work itself: welding stations, fabrication bays, paint and curing lines, and foundry and casting sections that throw out radiant heat a wall fan can never fight. Add Ahmednagar's dry inland summer, where April and May regularly cross 40°C, and a closed shed under a metal roof becomes punishing by mid-afternoon.
We have walked plenty of floors exactly like this. The pattern is always two problems stacked on top of each other. First, hot, still air sitting over a big open assembly or machine shop, which is a job for HVLS. Second, a concentrated source you have to physically get out of the building, weld smoke, grinding dust, foundry heat, or solvent fumes off a paint line, which is a job for exhaust. Get the split right and you cool the whole floor cheaply while keeping the fumes off your people. Get it wrong and you spend money on the wrong machine.
For Ahmednagar specifically, our usual recommendation is large gearless HVLS fans over the assembly, machining and fabrication bays to wash the floor with a steady breeze, industrial exhaust over welding and foundry zones to clear heat and smoke, FRP corrosion-proof exhaust wherever plating, pickling or solvent fumes are involved, and portable coolers for spot relief at inspection tables and loading docks. The exact mix depends on your shed, which is what the free survey is for.
One honest point up front. We manufacture in Ahmedabad, so we are not a same-city Ahmednagar workshop. We serve Ahmednagar the way we serve the rest of Maharashtra: our own engineers travel in for a free site survey, then we supply, install, wire and commission, and stand behind it with a 2-year warranty and 230+ installations behind us. You deal with the manufacturer, not a dealer passing a brochure across the table.

Ahmednagar MIDC (Nagar / Supa)
Automobiles, Defence, Auto components, EngineeringThe Nagar and Supa MIDC belt is Ahmednagar's industrial backbone, packed with vehicle and tractor assembly, defence-vehicle work, and the auto-component and engineering units that supply them. Those plants run welding, fabrication, machining and foundry operations that pile up heat and fumes under big metal-roof sheds, so they need HVLS over the open assembly and machine bays plus industrial exhaust pulling weld smoke and foundry heat out at source, with FRP exhaust wherever plating or solvent fumes are present.
Which product solves which Ahmednagar problem
The short answer for Ahmednagar: HVLS fans for the big open assembly, machining and fabrication floors, industrial exhaust to remove weld fumes and foundry heat, FRP exhaust where the air is corrosive, and portable coolers for spot relief. Almost every plant we fit here ends up with a combination, because an auto-component shed has hot still air over the machines AND welding smoke at the stations, two different problems needing two different answers.
The deciding factor is what is actually in your air. If it is just hot, still air over a large bay, one 7.3 m gearless HVLS fan moves a gentle 1 to 2 m/s breeze across up to about 20,000 sq.ft on under 1.7 kW, replacing 15 to 20 wall and pedestal fans that draw far more and cool far less. If it is something you have to get out of the building, weld smoke, grinding dust, foundry heat, or paint and solvent fumes, that is exhaust. And where the fumes are corrosive, plating lines, pickling, phosphating, solvent booths, ordinary steel fans rust out within months, so you fit FRP corrosion-proof exhaust rated up to about 44,000 CFM instead.
Why Ahmednagar plants switch to gearless IE5 HVLS
The number that convinces Ahmednagar plant owners is the power bill. Our HVLS fans run on gearless IE5 PMSM motors, so a single 7.3 m fan covers up to about 20,000 sq.ft on roughly 1.5 to 1.7 kW, doing the work of 15 to 20 wall or pedestal fans that together draw far more current and cool far less of the floor. Across our installs that works out to up to 30% lower fan-related power consumption, with typical payback inside 18 to 30 months depending on how many shifts you run.
Gearless also means almost no maintenance. There is no gearbox to leak oil onto your assembly line or seize up in dusty foundry air, which matters on an Ahmednagar shop floor full of grinding and casting dust. Add the 2-year warranty and the maths is straightforward. During the free survey we run the actual numbers for your shed, floor area, truss height, headcount and your current fan count and tariff, and show you the kW saved and the payback in months before you commit to anything.
Our free site survey and install across India
Yes, the site survey is genuinely free in Ahmednagar, with no obligation to buy. One of our engineers travels in to your plant in the Nagar or Supa MIDC, measures the floor area and truss height, checks your heat, fume and dust load station by station, and gives you a recommended layout with a written quote. We do the airflow calculation properly so you buy the right number of fans, not too many and not too few.
We are based in Ahmedabad at GF-001 Mauryansh Elanza, Shyamal Cross Rd, Satellite, Ahmedabad 380015, and we supply and install all over India, including right across Maharashtra. So we will be straight with you: Ahmednagar is served by our team travelling in, not by a same-city branch. In practice that means we schedule the survey, then the supply, install, wiring and commissioning, and we stay on for service backed by the 2-year warranty. With 230+ installations behind us, the travel-in model is well-tested and the after-sales is handled by us, the manufacturer, not a middleman.
From the field
Verified installCase study: an auto-component plant in Ahmednagar MIDC beating welding heat
Before — the problem
An auto-component manufacturer in the Ahmednagar MIDC called us in peak summer. They ran an 18,000 sq.ft fabrication and assembly shed with around 30 welding and grinding stations under a low metal roof, and by afternoon the floor was sitting at 42 to 43°C with weld smoke hanging in the bays. They had about 20 wall and pedestal fans running flat out, loud, blowing dust around, and barely shifting the air where operators actually stood. Two welders had asked to be moved off the hottest line.
What Aruth installed
We surveyed the shed, ran the airflow numbers, and split the problem in two. We put in three 6.1 m gearless HVLS fans laid out to wash the whole floor with a steady 1.5 to 2 m/s breeze at operator height, and added wall-mounted industrial exhaust over the welding bank to pull the smoke and heat straight out at source. The combined connected load came in well under what the 20 old fans had been drawing.
The result
The result: floor-level temperature dropped a felt 4 to 5°C, the weld haze cleared off the stations, and the noise came right down. On their two-shift running the owner is looking at payback inside roughly two years on fan power alone, before counting the steadier shifts and fewer complaints. The HVLS fans are covered by our 2-year warranty and serviced by our own team.
